Shipping / Tracking & Refund Policy
At SUPERFOCUSFRAMES, we make sure your sunglasses reach you quickly and securely. Here’s how our shipping process works:
📦 Order & Dispatch
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away.
Orders are posted the next working day.
Example: If you order on a Monday, your parcel will be shipped on Tuesday.
🚚 Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order has been posted, you will receive your tracking number instantly.
All sunglasses are sent via a tracked and signed service.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch (not from the day of order).
📲 Notifications
If you enter an email only, we will send your tracking details and updates by email.
If you enter a phone number at checkout (instead of or in addition to an email), we will send your tracking details and updates by SMS.
If you enter both email and phone, you’ll usually receive updates by email (unless you select “I want to get updates by SMS”).
🎁 Packaging
All sunglasses are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us using the Contact Page on our website and include the following details:
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Order Number (if available)
• Clear photos showing the fault
Otherwise, you can email us at superfocusframes@gmail.com for any inquiries.
Once we receive your request and photos, our team will inspect the issue. If approved, we will process a refund.
📌 Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the day the sunglasses have been delivered to you. After this period, refund eligibility will be nullified, and we will not be able to process your request.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered for any other reasons (such as change of mind, wrong size, or style preference).
